Ingredients:

Lamb

Carrot

Onion

Rosemary

Garlic

Laurel

Extra virgin olive oil

White wine

Cream

Lamb Cream Sauce (1)
Garlic and rosemary has to be chopped small.Lamb Cream Sauce (4)
Just like in the picture.

Fry onion, carrot, garlic and rosemary in two spoons of extra virgin olive oil.

As they fade add the lamb. Cookit mixing with the other ingredients.

Add one or two pinches of marine salt. Stir well.

The lamb has to roast to take color.Lamb Cream Sauce (13)

Add half glass of white wine. Cook to evaporate the wine alcohol (three-four minutes).Lamb Cream Sauce (14)
Add one glass of cream.Lamb Cream Sauce (16)
Stir well the lamb mixing the cream and the “soffritto” and cook three-four minutes.Lamb Cream Sauce (17)
Add another half glass of white wine.Lamb Cream Sauce (19)
Check the salinity.Lamb Cream Sauce (20)
Add more salt only if necessary.Lamb Cream Sauce (22)

Stir well and cook other three-four minutes. It is ready.
