
Cooking Foods Italian Recipes: Beef Rolls -Involtini Di Carne Imbottiti
You can use any kind of sliced beef, pork or turkey meat to prepare the rolls; also you can use more ingredients for the stuffing.
Ingredients:
Beef
Cheese
Arugula
Prosciutto Crudo
Have some fresh beef slices.
Smash each slice making it thinner and larger.
Do it to each slice.
You should have enough surface for the stuffing.

I will use prosciutto: keep in mind that you can use pancetta, sallame or lardo instead the important it has to be sliced thin.
A mid-soft cheese is needed.
Slice the cheese.
Put some cheese on the slice of beef.
cover the cheese with the prosciutto
I like to add some fresh arugula.
The arugula has to be the last.
Make the roll.
Each ingredient is inside.
As the roll is done you have to seal it with toothpicks.
While cooking, even if the rolls are closed with toothpicks, some of the liquid serum from the cheese will gush out, no worries.
Seat the beef rolls in to an oven pan.
Prepare the oven very hot before to put the beef rolls to cook.
I do not add salt because the cheese and prosciutto are already salty themselves.
You can spray some pepper on top, or add some wine.

You see the serum from the cheese made a tasty sauce.
The beef rolls with theirs cheese sauce and stewed potatoes.
