Ingredients:
Sausage
Mushroom (dried or fresh)
Whipped cream
Onion
Garlic
Pine-cones
Laurel (Bay Leaf)
Rosemary
Extra virgin olive oil
White wine (or broth)

fry the chopped onion in extra virgin olive oil.
Peel the sausage.
Add the sausage to the onion.
Using the wooden spoon separate the meat and fat pieces of the sausage making them to broil well.
Drop the garlic.
Add rosemary and laurel.
After made them softer in warm water add the mushrooms.
Add half glass of white wine (you do not like alcohol: use broth).

Get out laurel and rosemary (to discard).
Add the pine-cones.
Add two spoons of whipped cream (that one for cooking not sweet).
Stir well.
After a check for the salinity add one pinch of salt if needed.

It doesn’t take long to be ready.
After you cooked your favorite pasta al dente, drop it in the sauce, stirring on the fire two minutes.
Well, it is ready !!!
