Pepper bells washed – put in the hot oven (180 C / 360 F) for ten minutes
This is to skin easily the pepper bells
Prepare tomato sauce – at least two kinds of cheese and three kinds of salami
pizza pasta is ready – you can find the recipe in this website
Flat the pasta
Fill the oven pan with the pasta for pizza flat with your fingers to flat it thinner
Spread some tomato sauce
Place some pancetta
Then Prosciutto cotto
Some cheese on top
clean the pepper bells from seeds and skin
Break in pieces and add on top
Again some salame piccante
Gongorzola cheese on top
Spread again some tomato sauce
Cover with a thin layer of pasta for pizza
Cut the surplus of pasta
Compress the border together
Make holes ont he top
Cook in the oven (250 C / 480 F – 15/20 minutes) check often to not burn it!
Let it become warm before to cut
