Cooking Foods: Italian Recipes Secrets Risotto
This is easy, tasty and fast!
Ingredients:
one cup of rice
three cups of water
one can of green peas
extra virgin oil
marine salt
grated parmesan cheese
set the water to boil, add half fist of marine salt for each gallon of water.
after it starts to boil get some water in a spoon and let it cool down then taste: it should have the same salinity of the sea water.
as the water boil drop the rice
drop down all the rice.
immediately stir well.
boil for five minutes.
after five minutes add all the green peas.
stir well.
boil until to get the rice al dente: the time is up on the type of rice you use.
every two minutes stir well.
the rice will absorb all the water increasing its volume three times.
as it is ready set the fire off.
add two spoons of extra virgin olive oil.
grated parmesan cheese is optional to complete this simple dish.
