Get some fresh mackerels, clean and wash them under running water.
Prepare a part a small quantity of broth of fish, with any fish you have or you like, otherwise prepare a vegetal broth with any vegetable and water.
Also prepare and keep ready some tomato sauce, we need only a couple of spoons of it.
Boil two or three glasses of broth with two-three spoons of tomato sauce diluted in it.
Spread marine salt internally and externally each fish.
Put at least one pinch of salt in the bellies.
Get some oregan leaves.
Put the mackerels inside an oven pan, spread some oregano on the fishes.
Spread the broth on the fishes, too.
Cook 30-35 minutes in the oven at 280 celsius.
You can serve with boiled potatoes on the side and toasted bread.
